Chappelry of Esh in the County of Durham being weak in body
but of Sound and Disposing mind and Memory Do make this my
Last Will and Testament in the Manner following (that is to say) I
Give to the Children of my Late son John Pinkney Deceased as follows
to Thomas Pinkney the Sum of Twenty five pounds and to John
Pinkney the Sum of Twenty five pounds and I Give to Hannah
Pinkney the sum of Twenty pounds: I Give to my Son Giles Pinkney
the Sum of Fifty pounds I Give to Mary Pinkney the Daughter of Giles

Jane Pinkney the Daughter of Giles Pinkney the Sum of Ten
pounds I Give to my Daughter Catherine Todd the Wife of Joseph

children of Ralph Swinburn as follows To Thomas Swinburn

to the age of Twenty one years Or Marry Then their Legacys to
be Equally Divided between Their Brothers and Sisters: I Give

And all the rest and residue of my Money Good and Chattles
what so ever: I Give to my Son Thomas Pinkney
And I do hereby Nominate and appoint my Son Thomas Pinkney
My Sole Executor of this My Last Will he
paying all My Just Debts Legacys herein before mentioned
and My funeral Expenses: And I do hereby revoke
All former Wills by me Made and Declare this to be
My Last Will In Witness where of I have here unto
